Our terms & conditions for vision external cleaning services are detailed below.
Cancellations – We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations (ideally 48 hours). We ask for notice, so we can book in other work for that day.
Payments – We take a number of payment options, cash, card, cheque, bacs or we can set you up on our direct debit system.
We ask that all payments are paid within 7 working days after the work has been completed (unless agreed with us otherwise). If payment is not received within 7 working days we will send a reminder, if this is still ignored, we will take legal action.
Damages – Any damages we notice will be reported immediately to the property owner e.g cracked window panes, gutter fittings and fixtures or crack patio slabs.
If we accidentally cause any damage to your property we will notify you immediately. We use gleaming as our insurance company & any claims will be passed on to them if needed to be.
Abuse – We will not tolerate any abuse or violence, If this does happen we will leave the job uncompleted, you will be reported & we will charge for the entire job.
Weather – We will work in light & moderate rain and wind, if it is raining heavily the work will be cancelled to the following working day.
Work will not be carried out if the temperature is below freezing as the water will freeze.
